Shipping and Delivery Policy
How and when the Jetreply service is delivered after purchase.

1. Digital service only
Jetreply is a software-as-a-service product delivered online. We do not ship any physical goods, and no shipping charges apply.
2. Delivery of access
After a successful payment, your subscription is activated and access details are sent to your registered email address, normally immediately and in all cases within 24 hours. During the private beta, onboarding for new cohort members is scheduled within 7 days of acceptance.
3. Delivery issues
If you have paid but have not received access within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact support@jetreply.com or +91 80762 22021 with your transaction ID.
