The agreement that governs your use of the Jetreply website and service.

1. Agreement
Jetreply is a product owned and operated by SIGMA CERTIFICATION SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Jetreply", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated in India. By accessing https://jetreply.com, creating an account or paying for the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. The service
Jetreply is a software-as-a-service customer data and engagement platform. It lets businesses collect events from their websites, apps and backends, resolve them to customer profiles, build audiences, and send email, SMS, WhatsApp, push and in-app messages through automated journeys, with built-in deliverability infrastructure (DNS authentication, domain warmup, sending-rate controls and inbox placement monitoring) and consent and preference management. Usage is measured in Monthly Active Profiles, events and emails, as described on our Pricing page. The service is delivered online; no physical goods are sold.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Access during the private beta is granted in cohorts at our discretion.
4. Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices listed on our Pricing page. Usage above a paid plan's included amounts is billed in arrears at the published rates. SMS and WhatsApp are paid from a prepaid wallet. Customers with an Indian GSTIN are billed in INR plus 18% GST; other customers are billed in USD. The Free plan has hard usage limits and is never charged. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for an existing subscription.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You will use Jetreply only for lawful communication, in compliance with applicable laws (including the IT Act, CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL where they apply) and mailbox provider guidelines. Lifecycle and marketing messages may only be sent to people who have agreed to hear from you, must identify you as the sender, and every marketing email must include a working unsubscribe link that you honour promptly. Spam, spoofing, phishing, malware, sending to purchased or scraped lists, and any attempt to evade mailbox provider filters or disrupt the service are prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without refund.
7. Intellectual property
The service, software, website and brand are the property of SIGMA CERTIFICATION SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. You keep ownership of your data and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Inbox placement depends on factors outside our control, including content, list quality and mailbox provider filters, so we do not guarantee specific deliverability results. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
